Thank you very much Awaji. See you again. 淡路島 本当にありがとう. また会おう.

The ten and a half days spent in Japan was an experience we will remember for a very long time. Besides learning about peace in Hiroshima, we also learnt very much about the Japanese culture on Awaji Island. We made many personal friends and let's do our best to keep in touch with all of them. The children bonded with the pupils of Osaki and their host families. It was not surprising, with the care and concern shown to all members of our delegation and not just to our children. We are all very touched by the hospitality of the people we have encountered in Awaji. Thank you very much, Awaji! Someday, we shall meet again!

Arigato Gozaimasu!!!
This is indeed a successful Japan Homestay Programme with its objectives very well achieved. We believe all of us, our children and parents have gained such wonderful, insightful and memorable experience.
Really hope that MOE give recognitions to such initiative done by Rivervale Primary School.
Many thanks to Mr Yeo (principal), Mr Soh, Mdm Wong, Mr Sim, host families and all those involve from Japan and Singapore for overseeing this highly enriching programme.

Best regards,

I was glad that this trip went so smoothly. Time passes very fast and soon we are already back here in Singapore.

I had learned alot of things from this trip. It is a memorable time there in Japan especially when we are staying with our host family.I will visit Japan, Awaji Island someday again and very soon, I hope.

All of us had a wonderful time in Japan. I realise that the culture in Japan and Singapore are totally different.I also learned to be more independent during this trip.

I would like to thank Mr Yeo, Mdm Wong, Mr Soh, Mr Sim and our host families for making this unforgettable trip possible.

Cheers,
Desirene Neo
